Return and refund policy

1. PREAMBLE

This return and refund policy applies to all purchases made on the website:

2. RETURN PERIOD

In accordance with Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal and request a return.

3. RETURN ELIGIBILITY CONDITIONS

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused , unwashed , and undamaged.

  • The product must be in its original packaging.

  • The return must be made within 14 days.

The following are not eligible for return:

  • Hygiene items (e.g., skincare strips, absorbent accessories… if they have been used or opened)

  • Products on promotion or sale

  • Products customized or made to order

If a returned product does not meet these criteria, it will not be eligible for a refund. The product may then be returned to the customer at their expense.

4. RETURN PROCEDURE

To initiate a return request, send an email to:

Please indicate the following:

  1. Order number

  2. Name and surname used when placing the order

  3. Reason for return (optional but appreciated — it helps us improve)

Once your request is validated, you will receive:

  • The return address

  • Return instructions

⚠️ Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer , except in the case of a preparation error by Nolya Paris (wrong item sent, defective product).

5. REFUND

Once your return has been received and inspected, you will receive a confirmation email:

  • Receiving the returned product

  • Acceptance or refusal of refund

If the return is accepted:

➡️ The refund will be made to the original payment method within a maximum of 14 working days .

❗ Initial delivery charges are non-refundable .

6. DEFECTIVE PRODUCT OR PREPARATION ERROR

If you receive an item:

  • defective

  • damaged

  • or not corresponding to your order

Please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with:

  • a photo of the product

  • a photo of the packaging and/or the tracking number

7. DELIVERY & TIMEFRAMES

Orders are shipped within 48 to 72 business hours .
Each order has a tracking number .

The estimated delivery times are:

Delivery times may vary depending on the carrier and peak periods. Nolya Paris cannot be held responsible for delivery delays beyond its control.
